By accessing or using the Four Seas platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Four Seas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Four Seas. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase and possession of alcoholic beverages.
To participate in auctions, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Four Seas immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All bids placed on Four Seas are binding and irrevocable. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at the bid price plus any applicable buyer's premium, taxes, and shipping costs if you are the winning bidder.
A buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid amount. The applicable premium percentage is displayed on each auction listing. This premium is non-negotiable and forms part of the total purchase price.
Winning bidders must complete payment within the timeframe specified in the auction terms. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the item, account suspension, and/or legal action. All prices are displayed in the base currency and may be converted for display purposes only; the actual charge will be processed in the currency specified at checkout.
Four Seas will arrange shipping of purchased items to the address provided by the buyer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. Four Seas is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit, although we will work with carriers to resolve any issues. Certain jurisdictions may restrict the shipment of alcoholic beverages, and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
Four Seas makes every effort to accurately describe and photograph items listed for auction. However, all items are sold "as is" and Four Seas does not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, provenance, authenticity, or condition. Buyers are encouraged to review all available information and images before placing bids. Any estimates of value are opinions only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of actual value.
All content on the Four Seas platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Four Seas or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Seas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Four Seas' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Four Seas in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Four Seas reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but any obligations arising from prior transactions remain in effect.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
